Personal or “1 on 1” training is a big investment for the average person. Semi private training is a great alternative yet still a very professional service option providing good feedback, guided and safe training with great results.

The sessions are 1 hour and there is a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5 in the session. You have a coach who designs your program based on your FMS (functional movement screen) and your goals. He or she coaches you as an individual as you go through your exercises providing feedback to all participants. It is a different experience to one on one personal training/coaching but it is a very effective way to make sure you are training correctly and are being intelligently progressed in your exercise selection. Please note that this is not small group training which is for up to 8 people and is a session that everyone usually does the same activities, although even our small group training caters for each individual’s capability.
