We will however be available by appointment only for members and clients (even new clients who want to end the year well or get a jump on 2017!) on Dec 28 & 29 Anthony G and January 5 & 6 Julia H.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all clients, suppliers, members and associates of Best Practice for another great year of helping people stay active and feel better. There is no higher calling in my opinion than helping people invest in their own health, fitness and performance improvement programs which quite frankly lead to a better existence.
If you are considering making some changes next year and you haven’t already we would love to hear from you. If you are one of the chosen ones already :), we will be very happy to see you continue on the right path in 2017. Have a great time as the year draws to a close folks.
