Whilst it is not obligatory that you have this, we strongly encourage it because we use it to help us keep you safe, incentivise you with our challenges and just keep you engaged. We will be able to see the effort you are putting in whilst in the studio on the big screen (but also on your phone when you are training elsewhere) so we can tailor the training to make sure it is safe and appropriate for you. You will also be able to record your own training sessions (and build points in our regular challenges). It is a super system for building motivation and action.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
