I lost 10kgDifferent to other gyms, lost 10kg and have gone from running 2km to triathlon distances. The recent triathlon I finished thinking I still had some petrol left. Now taking up cycling. Myzone delivers feedback with points and keeps the group motivated and competitive.
A really fun journeyI have bulked up with muscle, yet lost weight, and I enjoy the HIIT. I do love the tracking of diet, weight, heart rate and fat percentage. BPPT keeps me accountable, as recovery is as important as the workout itself. Sally kept pushing me to do the triathlon... which was really great. It's been a really fun journey.
