  • CARDIO TRAINING, MOBILITY WORK, CORE EXERCISES AND INTRODUCTION TO SAFE RESISTANCE TRAINING
  • YOU COULD DO 4 SESSIONS PER WEEK EACH WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS. BUT AIM FOR 2 AT LEAST.
