Remember your orange singlet. All Best Practice clients receive the limited edition ‘shameless marketing’ training singlet when involved in an external event that participate in as a group.

• May 7 – BRW corporate triathlon on the Gold Coast. Well done to Lend Lease! Champion performance from all.

• May 14 – Push ups for Charity for Make a Wish Foundation. 1300 pushups completed in 90s. See facebook for photos and videos!
• June 26 – Brissie to Bay Bike ride (bikes and kickbikes!) – see the picture below. That is us last year. We are hoping for a big crew too this year.

• August – 10km Bridge to Brisbane run
• September 26 – Body Balance Challenge – check this out under special events.
• October 9 – Brisbane to Gold Coast ride
• 1st week in December – Best Practice presentation night for best results in 2011
