Jeames Gillett – BSc App (HMS)

Jeames joined the business back in 2006 as Best Practice’s first employee. He has completed a 4 year degree in human movement at the University of Queensland and has had some valuable experience at Stanford University in California. When he is not the smiling assassin he is a very accomplished AFL player and runner. Besides all that he is a good bloke and knows his stuff. Jeames wrote his first ebook last year on fitness for pregnancy and is working on his second at the moment. Some say he looks like a young version of myself, I say don’t be so cruel to the boy! Besides he doesn’t have a beard yet.
